Shipping policy

At MOA Coffee Co. we use several different providers for deliveries including Australia Post and Sendle. Sendle is Australia’s-first 100% carbon-neutral delivery service. We think that’s pretty cool, and it’s completely in line with our values as a company.

A flat rate of $9.95 is charged for delivery.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days from time of purchase provided orders are submitted prior to midday on a normal business day. Processing of orders may take longer if the order is submitted on a weekend or public holiday. Items may take up to 5 business days to be shipped out during busy trading periods. Please refer to the websites of either Australia Post or Sendle for delivery timeframe estimates.

All orders are to go to a registered home or business address with no PO Box orders accepted.
